Who processes your data
The data controller is Dacić Prom d.o.o., Branka Ćopića bb, 36300 Novi Pazar, Serbia, company registration number 20292270, tax ID 105016495. For any questions about your data, write to office@dacicprom.com or call +381 62 600 611.
We process data in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 87/2018).
What data we collect
Only what you send us yourself:
- Inquiry from the website (Contact page and apartment pages): your name, phone number, e-mail address if you enter it, and the text of your message.
- Phone call, e-mail or WhatsApp: the number or address you contact us from and the content of your message.
In addition, and only if you accept it, Google Analytics records how you use the website (see Cookies and visitor statistics). The website does not require registration, does not sell anything online and does not collect payment data.
Why we use it
We use the data to answer your inquiry: to send an offer, a price or availability, to arrange a viewing of an apartment and, if we reach an agreement, to prepare a contract. The legal basis is your request and steps taken before entering into a contract. We do not send advertising messages and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to answer you and complete the agreed business, and after that for as long as the law requires for business records. An inquiry that did not lead to cooperation is deleted no later than two years after the last contact.
Who else sees the data
- Cloudflare (website hosting): like any server, it receives technical data about the visit (IP address, browser type) to display the page and protect the website from attacks.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection): when you start filling in the inquiry form, it checks whether the sender is a human. It sees technical data about the browser and the IP address, but not the content of the inquiry.
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; sending from Europe, Ireland): an inquiry sent from the website reaches us as an e-mail through this service. Resend keeps a record of the sending for no more than 30 days.
- Google (Google Workspace): our e-mail, where inquiries are stored. With your consent, also Google Analytics (visitor statistics, see below).
- OpenStreetMap: the map of our locations loads map tiles from their servers, so they see your IP address. The map loads only when you scroll to it on the page.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Maps: only if you click their link; their privacy policies then apply.
We do not give data to anyone else, except when required by law (for example, to tax or judicial authorities).
Cookies and visitor statistics
We measure visits in two ways:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, always: without cookies, only aggregate figures (number of visits, pages), without data that could identify a visitor.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), only if you click "Accept" on the cookie
banner. The website then sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_…so that a repeat visit can be recognised, and Google records which pages you open, where you came from, the type of device and your approximate location (city). We also measure clicks on the buttons for calling, WhatsApp and sending an inquiry, but not what you type into the form. We see the data only as aggregate reports, and it is kept for 14 months. Google may also process it in the USA.
Before you click "Accept", Google Analytics is not loaded. If you click "Necessary only", the website works the same, just without this measurement. We remember your choice for 6 months in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; when you withdraw consent, measurement stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. The website does not use cookies for advertising.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us:
- to tell you what data we hold about you and to give you a copy;
- to correct inaccurate data;
- to delete the data or restrict its use;
- to give you the data in a format suitable for transfer;
- to stop using the data (objection), or you can withdraw consent you have given.
Send your request to office@dacicprom.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest. If you believe that we do not use the data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
Changes
When we change the way we use data, we will update this page and the date at its top.
